With the new GDPR laws starting in May, company M. + W. Bacher GmbH is reaching out to you to make sure that we are a faithful partner of the web user. Therefore company Bacher Tische lays open the handling of personal data. Subsequently we explain how the data will be collected and treated.
Explication of Privacy
Generally our websites can be visisted without specification
of personal data. In case we need personal data such as name, address or other
personal information in individual cases you will be informed accordingly.
In case you decide to confirm your subscription to our website by specifying
personal data so that we are in a position to follow up your corresponcence we
make sure that this data is handled carefully according to the strict
regulations of the German Data Protection Act. (BDSG).

We point out that the internet data transfer (i.e. by e-mail) may have
security holes. An all-over data security as against access of third parties is

Onset of Cookies

Company Bacher Tische is only using

We make sure that the high security standards of the Tele Services Data
Protection Act (TDDSG) and the Telecomunication Data Protection Ordinance
(TDSV) for Telecomunication companies are respected.
This anonym data is archived apart from possible personal information filed and
thus no conclusions in regard to the internet user can be drawn.
Safety
Bacher Tische only archives personal data on extra secured
server in Germany. Only authorized
persons disposing of special technical, commercial or editorial knowledge have
access to the server.
Contact Establishment
We offer the possibility to contact us by phone, email,
telefax or by means of a contact/order form. In this case any personal data
placed at disposal will only be archived to follow up your initial contact and
will be treated strictly according to legal Privacy Protection Rules and this
data privacy statement.
In case there is any necessity to pass personal data within
the scope of order processing to providers this information is articled to the
BDSG, other legal rules and the data privacy statement of company Bacher Tische,
M + W Bacher GmbH.
As far as company Bacher Tische is legally or by adjudication obligated,
personal data will be transferred to the required extend to entitled
administrative offices.
Without your explicit approval no personal data will be
transferred to third parties for other purposes.
We point out that data transfer on the Internet (for example by email) may have
security holes. An all-over protection of personal data from access of third
parties is not possible.

Our websites may contain links to further websites. We do not have any influence on any editorial contents of external websites and their compliance.
Advertising
As a rule our websites do not include any advertising space.
Failing this the sending of advertising is carried out by external AdServer.
Implicated personal data in online advertising (AdImpressions, AdKlicks) only
serve for statistical evaluation and for reporting to promotion customers. No
personalised data is used. During promotion transmissions cookies may be used. We do not have any
influence hereupon.
Right of Revocation
According to the right of revocation personalised data will
not be used for further communication and will be deleted on request.
Mandatory data for order processing or commercial need are exempt from the
right of revocation.
In case of revocation a personalised service based on
customer data cannot be rendered.

We formally take issue with the transmission of not requested promotion
and information material to our published website. In case of violation (for
example transmitting spam emails) company M + W Bacher Tische reserves legal
steps.

Our homepage is using Google Analytics, a web analyse
service of company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA
94043 USA, below mentioned „Google“.

the visit of the homepage (including your IP-address) will be transmitted to
the server of Google in the United States and archived there.

LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, an enterprise of company Google
Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In case you call up and use a site with a video you will be
directly connected to the YouTube server. Thus the content is displayed by
giving notice to your browser.
According to YouTube the YouTube server gets information
about the web sites contacted.
In case you are logged in at YouTube at the same time this
data will be assigned to your membership account. You are able to sidestep this
